3.2 Invoices and Payments
Invoices are issued in advance for service completion or on a periodic basis. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3.3 Refunds
Refunds are not provided once work has commenced unless explicitly agreed.

You may terminate our services at any time by providing 30 days written notice.

7.2 Termination by Taxora Accountancy
We reserve the right to terminate our services if:

  • You breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
